  • Yes — all consultations at MUSE Medical Clinic™ are free of charge. They’re carried out by Dr Amy Watson or a qualified team member to help you explore the right treatments for your skin goals with no pressure to book.

  • We’re based at 4 Victoria Avenue, HG1 1EL — just a short walk from Harrogate Station and directly opposite the Magistrates’ Court. Paid parking is available on Victoria Avenue and surrounding roads.


  • You’ll find us at 117 Nunnery Lane, York, YO23 1AH, just outside York city centre. We’re close to local bus routes and there’s free street parking nearby.

  • You can book by calling 01904 373202, emailing info@musemedicalclinic.co.uk, or using our contact form. A member of our team will help you choose a suitable date and time.

  • Yes, many of our skin treatments are suitable for sensitive or reactive skin types. During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin and tailor any facial or injectable plan to your individual needs.


  • Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, but we’re happy to advise you on safe options. Please mention this when booking your consultation.


  • Yes  both clinics offer our full menu of medical-grade facials, injectables, skin boosters and aesthetic treatments. Your consultation can take place at either location, depending on convenience.
